Dr. Steines is a native of Chippewa, PA. He graduated from Westminster College in 2005 with degrees in Biology and Neuroscience. After completing his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Temple University, Dr. Steines moved back to the Pittsburgh area to start practicing and has been at West Penn Dental Center ever since. He currently treats patients at West Penn Dental Center and is the dentist at several assisted living facilities around the greater Pittsburgh area.
Dr. Wyble graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1964 and was an army dentist. He also worked in a clinic for disabled children for 13 years. He has an established private practice for over 50 years as well as working for West Penn Dental Center.
Dr. Saber graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1986, he has maintained a private practice as well as practicing at West Penn Dental Center.
Dr. Robert McKinstry has been a dentist for 36 years. He is a specialist in prosthodontist and maxillofacial prosthetics. He has taught full-time at Emory University School of Dentistry, University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He served as the Director of the Regional Center for Maxillofacial Prosthetic Rehabilitation at Eye and Ear Hospital for 6 years. Dr. McKinstry is also the author of four textbooks in dentistry. Dr. McKinstry’s practices focuses on general dentistry, prosthodontics, and maxillofacial prosthodontics.
Alexis received her Bachelors in Science at Sarah Whitaker Glass School Of Dental Hygiene at West Liberty University. She is a former dental assistant in the United States Air Force. Alexis is passionate about establish rapport with patients and educating them in oral hygiene.
Cindy Saber graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1986. Cindy has worked at a pedodontics office as well as a periodontics office.
Ofelia attended Dental School in Pueblo, Mexico, and worked as a dentist for 2 years. After moving to Pennsylvania and raising her children, she began working as a dental assistant 13 years ago and has been with West Penn Dental for 6 years.
Ed has been a dental lab technician for 40 years working with full and partial dentures, and denture and partial repairs. He is also experienced with fabrication of crowns and bridgework. Ed has been with West Penn Dental Center for 30 years.
